Premium cafe and coffee brand, Bluestone Lane, is on the lookout for energetic and experienced Team Captains (Front of House Lead Servers) to join our West Village location (30 Carmine Street) in our fast-growing New York City region!

  • Contributes positively to the team environment, works cohesively with others to deliver exceptional experiences to locals

  • Ability to perform under pressure and maintain positive interactions with locals, making them feel appreciated and valued throughout interactions

  • Maintain an organized and hygienic working environment, cleans routinely and restocks as required
  • Perform well under pressure and maintain efficient, friendly service

Skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum two years' experience in service leadership role
  • People management and training experience
  • Minimum three years' experience in a customer service environment and a passion to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Experience in, and an ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system
